Although fun is the order of the day, some discipline is required.
The children participating in a training session, or at a match, must listen to the manager, coach or helper at all times.
All sport has aggression but it has to be controlled and within the rules of Mini-Soccer. It must not be directed at another child or coach.
Bad language and an aggressive attitude outside the rules will not be tolerated and the child will be told to stop it. If it continues the parent will be informed, if it still continues Norwich United Youth FC has the right to take further action.
This will help us make it fun for all and help stop careless injuries.
